The hotel staff are on-hand to really make your stay in Florence as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
Tucked away in a pretty park in the Florentine hills, just 10 minutes from the lovely Boboli gardens, this attractive hotel offers a great spot to watch the sunset.
Totally renovated in September 2006, the hotel blends classic and modern features: original architecture details such as stone surfaces and decorative arches are combined with modern amenities including free high-speed wireless internet access. In season you can also visit the hotel's botanic garden, winner of several international awards.
With the A1 motorway not far away, access is easy. The free on-site parking also means that you can enjoy the views of Florence during a leisurely 25-minute walk down the hill to the historic centre. However, if you would prefer to take public transport, a bus stops just a few metres from the hotel and will drop you in the centre in less than 10 minutes.

By Car:
- Leave the A1/E35 Milano-Roma motorway at the Firenze Certosa exit.
- Follow the signs to the city centre and Porta Romana.
- From Piazza Porta Romana head down Via Poggio Imperiale.
- At the first traffic lights you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.
By Bus:
Bus number 11 leaves from Piazza Santa Maria Novella (by Florence train station) to Due Strade. Get off at the Via del Gelsomino stop - the hotel is just a few metres away.
