All the rooms feature private bathroom either with shower or bath.
The rooms are bright, with double glazed windows to block out street noise.

The hotel offers a continental buffet breakfast from 8 until 10 o’clock, served in the breakfast room decorated with a beautiful painting collection.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
From the Railway Station:
- The hotel is within walking distance from the main railway station, Santa Maria Novella. Go down Via Panzani, then Via Cerretani until you reach the Duomo Square (Piazza del Duomo). Make a right on Via Calzaiuoli. The hotel is found on the third floor of the building.
- You can take public bus number 14 or 23. Get off at Piazza del Duomo and follow the above indications.
From Florence Vespucci Airport:
- The airport is very close to Florence city centre and a taxi ride will cost you approximately EUR 20 - 25 and takes approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
- There is a shuttle bus from the airport that leaves every half hour starting from 06:00 until 23:30.
Travel Advice For Those Arriving By Car:
Florence’s historic centre is a Traffic Limited Zone (in Italian ZTL), controlled by several traffic cameras and traffic wardens. The entrances to the centre are under surveillance by cameras that register every car plate entering the centre.
For those who enter the city centre by car, please notify us with your license plate number before your arrival. In this way, we can communicate this information to the authorities and you will not be fined for entering the ZTL.
Parking is not permitted in the centre of Florence. Hotel Maxim offers clients a special rate with a nearby garage. The garage staff will take care of the car on arrival and deliver it on departure. Please contact the hotel for more information regarding this service.
