ROOM INFORMATION
Rooms may feature one king size bed or 2 twin beds. They are provided with a comprehensive set of modern equipments.
Many of the 83 rooms and 17 suites have private walk-in terraces with spectacular views of Florence, of the hotel’s gardens and the swimming pool.
After an extensive renovation, the hotel now boasts 33 rooms in contemporary style, which are intended for more sophisticated guests. The rest of the rooms are in traditional style with antique original furnishings.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
A rich American buffet breakfast, complete with home-made pastries, is served from 07:00 to 10:30 in the Sala Caterina or the poolside Conservatory.
For lunch or dinner, you can choose from the Lorenzo de’ Medici restaurant, or the Conservatory which boasts a modern interior and long veranda leading out into the garden and pool. Both of these restaurants are open from 12:00 to 14:30 and then 19:00 to 22:30. In the summer there is also accompanying live music.
The new Jockey American Bar fuses modern and traditional elements and offers an ideal spot for relaxation. It is open from 11:00 to 01:00.
From 19:00 on Tuesday to Saturday the piano bar is a great spot to listen to some live music while enjoying an appetiser, dinner or after-dinner drinks.
AREA INFORMATION
Florence is known as the birthplace of the Renaissance. Wandering through its streets you will find monuments reflecting its cultural and artistic achievements of the 15th century, when Florence, along with its eternal rival Siena, became one of the main centres of commerce and banking in Europe.
A climb up to Piazzale Michelangiolo (around 3 km from the hotel) will reward you with an extraordinary panorama of domes, bell-towers, walls, towers and rooftops.
